The module blends clear instruction with hands-on scenarios, giving learners a safe space to build confidence before working with real customers.

This eLearning module transforms a detailed script into an engaging, branded learning experience that introduces employees to Customer Service (CS), Customer Experience (CX). I designed the full visual approach, motion graphics, interactive elements, and on-screen text to align with brand standards while supporting the voiceover narrative.

The module includes animated statistics, clear definitions, scenario-based examples, and an interactive activity to reinforce understanding. The final product delivers a polished, accessible first-lesson experience that sets the tone for the broader training program.
